Job postings are now required to list the salary ranges for the position(s) you are posting if you have a business with 15 or more employees. The law that was passed by the CA State Legislature (SB 1162) requires our Association as the “Third Party” to include the salary range which would be considered by the employer for the job you are trying to fill.
