The JEDI Committee is excited to present the second ASLA-NCC Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Scholarship. The scholarship was created in response to reducing barriers of entry into ASLA for BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, AANHPI, MENA, etc.) and LGBTQ+ individuals in order to concretely support the growth of Emerging Professionals from diverse backgrounds while promoting the JEDI Mission. It will provide opportunities and resources for those individuals who may not have received them in the past and to diversify the pipeline by joining the ASLA-NCC with the intent of fostering career-long development and involvement with the profession. Two winners will be selected for a one-time award of 1 year membership to the National ASLA and ASLA-NCC, and a free ticket to this year’s ASLA-NCC Symposium in August! Applications are due July 25th.
